Customer Success Manager

Job description

As a part of the customer support team, you will work closely with our clients to help them get started with the solution, participate in onboarding meetings and work on keeping the help pages up to date.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has some experience with programming in major languages, such as C#, Java, Python.
  • Is eager to learn new technologies.
  • Great people skills.
  • Has experience working in a technical SaaS company.
