Yes, you can cancel at any time by emailing our support team. No questions asked.
No, you can start a free 30 days trial and continue using Cryptolens on the Free tier without providing a credit card. A valid payment method is only needed if you would like to continue using Cryptolens on a paid tier.
We support most credit and debit cards and we use Stripe to process the payment. On the Standard and Custom tiers, we also allow payments by invoice (e.g. through SEPA in Europe).
For customers within EEA, invoices will be sent in EUR. For customers outside of Europe, USD will be used. For customers within EU, we need to add an additional VAT if no valid VAT number is provided.
