Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel at any time by emailing our support team. No questions asked.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No, you can start a free 30 days trial without providing a credit card. A valid payment method is only needed if you would like to continue using Cryptolens after 30 days.
What payment methods do you support?
We support most credit and debit cards and we use Stripe to process the payment. In some cases, we also allow payments by invoice (e.g. through SEPA in Europe) for an extra setup fee.
Do I have to select a plan from start?
Cryptolens applies a usage-based model, similar to cloud services, and you are being billed for the actual usage on a monthly basis. There is no need to pick a tier in advance and it will automatically scale-up or down depending on usage. An invoice takes into account usage in the last 30 days.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, Cryptolens offers a special package for students for free. The verification is managed by GitHub Education Pack.
Which currency is used and is tax applied?
For customers within EEA, invoices will be sent in EUR. For customers outside of Europe, USD will be used. For customers within EU, we need to add an additional VAT if no valid VAT number is provided.
